ABOUT CINDY

Cindy is an ARIAS-US certified arbitrator, mediator, expert witness and insurance/trial consultant with 35+ years of insurance and reinsurance experience. From private practitioner to C-suite executive, Cindy has extensive insurance coverage and claims resolution experience globally, handling and managing complex and multi-jurisdictional litigation and disputes of all forms, including arbitrations, mediations, bad faith litigation, and commercial and personal lines disputes in all P&C lines of business.

Fresh off her roles at AIG as Chief Claims Officer, North America, General Insurance, and as Chairperson of the ARIAS-US Board of Directors, Cindy has exceptional leadership and management skills as well as a proven track record in business development, customer service, trial strategy, risk management and crisis communication. She is well known and respected in the insurance and reinsurance industry, and is often a featured speaker at industry gatherings.
